Off the heels of Sunday's "Against All Odds" PPV highlights from the PPV are shown focusing on the TNA World Title situation and Angle/Jarrett. We actually see clips of Hardy being checked on by medical staff after the Ladder Match.

They then hype up the fact that RVD will FINALLY get his rematch for the TNA World Heavyweight Title.

Cutting to the arena Immortal makes their way out to the ring minus Jeff Jarrett & Jeff Hardy. Bischoff grabs a microphone and introduces the new World Heavyweight Champion: Jeff Hardy. Bischoff says Jeff Hardy is living proof that you can take Fortune out of Immortal, but you can't take greatness out of the Antichrist. He says that Hardy did what he had to do to prove what Immortal is and once again they are living large. He tells the crowd to give it up for Hardy but he gets a chorus of boos instead. We cut to the parking lot where Ric Flair is arriving! Flair says everyone thought that Immortal was depleted and on it's last leg but they are back on track. Bischoff says Gunner, Murphy, & Terry went toe-to-toe with Steiner & Beer Money and claims they were the better athletes (even though they lost). Bischoff then says Matt Hardy proved what he has against RVD and he'll do it again against AJ Styles tonight. Bischoff says that they had talked about Jeff taking some time off after the Ladder Match but he proved to everyone just what kind of athlete he is at AAO. So much so that the network (Spike TV) called him and said that they know Jeff Hardy is ratings and because of that they want to see Hardy defend the title against RVD tonight! Jeff doesn't seem too thrilled. Bischoff says he will talk to the network but that's the plan for tonight and he knows Jeff can get the job done. Bischoff says we have one more piece of business to get out of the way as a huge "RVD" chant breaks out. He says everything is in place for Immortal and he says Jeff Jarrett is planning his wedding vows renewal right now, but the only thing left up in the air is Ric Flair. He says he's been calling Flair nonstop but he never answers. Bischoff says he went to bat for Ric Flair to bring him into Immortal and convinced Hogan that Flair was good for them. He says he was starting to question Flair and he gives him until next week to come out and explain himself, but Flair isn't going to make him wait that long!

"Charismatic Enigma" Jeff Hardy (c) vs. "The Whole F'N Show" Rob Van Dam

and Hardy get in each others face and then they lockup but RVD breaks it and then nails Hardy with a forearm. They lockup again and this time RVD slams Hardy, but Hardy quickly gets away and gets to the ropes. Hardy then swings at Van Dam, but Van Dam ducks and lifts Hardy up and crotches him on the top rope. RVD then punches Hardy and climbs up top and hits a Diving Back Kick! Tenay says that Flair has accepted AJ's challenge. Hardy rolls out to the floor and RVD hits a Diving Dropkick through the ropes onto Hardy. RVD then suplexes Hardy onto the guardrail draping him over it. RVD then climbs onto the apron and hits the Corkscrew Leg Drop onto Hardy!

----------------------COMMERCIAL BREAK--------------------------

Back from the break RVD hits a Slingshot Leg Drop over the rope onto Hardy on the apron! RVD follows up with a Slingshot Leg Drop this time in the ring for a nearfall. RVD taunts Hardy and then nails him with a series of Shoulder Blocks in the corner followed by a Front Kick and then a Front Slam. RVD follows up with Split Legged Moonsault, but Hardy gets his knees up! Hardy hits a Sliding Dropkick on RVD that sends RVD's ribs into the ring post! RVD crashes down to the floor and Hardy taunts the crowd as Anderson checks on Van Dam. RVD rolls back in and Hardy puts the boots to him. Hardy hits a Sitout Front Suplex, 1...2...NO RVD kicks out! Hardy locks in a rear chinlock, looks like RVD has a minor cut under his eye. RVD fights to his feet and tries to break the hold but Hardy cuts him off. Hardy then tries to whip Hardy into the corner, but RVD reverses it. RVD then charges but eats a nasty back elbow from Hardy! Hardy springs to the top and goes for the Whisper In The Wind, but RVD just does side step it and then quickly connects with a Standing Moonsault! RVD connects with a series of strikes and then he whips Hardy into the corner and nails him with a Running Spin Kick. RVD then hits Rolling Thunder! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out! Jeff tries to kick RVD as he gets to his feet but RVD catches his foot and then he spins Hardy around and wraps Jeff up with a Body Scissors into a Body Scissors Rollup! 1...2...NO Jeff kicks out! Jeff goes for another kick and again RVD catches his foot and this time hits the Stepover Heel Kick! RVD climbs up top but Hardy shoves him off the top rope down to the guardrail! Hardy rolls RVD back into the ring and then goes up top and hits the Swanton Bomb! 1...2...NO RVD kicks out and Jeff Hardy cannot believe it! Jeff gets in Anderson's face and shows his frustration. Hardy picks RVD up but RVD connects with a Jawbreaker out of nowhere followed by a Spinning Back Kick! RVD climbs up top again and connects with a beautiful 5-Star Frog Splash! 1...2...NO Jeff gets his foot on the bottom rope! RVD shows a little frustration now as well. RVD goes for a German Suplex but Hardy fights it off and as he goes for the ropes he slams into Anderson in the corner. He uses this distraction to mule kick RVD in the nuts as Anderson starts seething at Hardy. Hardy turns around and connects with the Twist of Hate for the pin.

Winner & STILL TNA World Champ: Hardy via pinfall (Twist of Hate)

Anderson raises Hardy's hand but then nails him with the Mic Check! RVD argues with Anderson over the low blow so Anderson hits him with the Mic Check too! Anderson then picks up the TNA Title and throws it on top of Hardy. Mike Tenay says once an asshole, always an asshole.

Jeremy Borash did the ring introductions for the challenger Jeff Hardy and champion Mr. Anderson.

Hardy spit in the face of Anderson as the bell rang. Anderson returned with some big right hands. Anderson chases after Hardy on the outside and sends Hardy into a ladder he brought out that is spray painted green and red. Hardy picks up a ladder and Anderson uses it to push Hardy into the side of the ring. Anderson tosses a ladder inside the ring and Hardy recovers giving Anderson a neckbreaker over part of the ladder. Hardy sets up the ladder, climbs and Anderson immediately pushes it over and drops Hardy with a big swinging neckbreaker. Hardy kicks Anderson into the corner and Hardy follows with his jumping dropkick to the chest of Anderson in the corner. Hardy puts the top part of the ladder in the crotch of Anderson and Hardy dropkicks the ladder sending it with force into the crotch of Anderson. Anderson recovers putting the ladder up against the corner and Anderson gives Hardy a russian leg sweep into the ladder. Taz adds, "Someone is sitting at home probably thinking that is a fake ladder. They don't have a clue." Anderson grabs a second ladder and sets it up. Anderson is climbing when Hardy recovers, climbs up the other side and punches Anderson. Hardy with a huge sunset flip on Anderson off the ladder. Hardy plants Anderson with a scoop slam and moves a ladder close to the corner. Hardy climbs up the other side, leap frogs over the top and attempts to drop a leg when Anderson moves out of the way. Hardy with a high back body drop sending Anderson back first on top of a ladder. Hardy places a ladder upside down and goes back to work on Anderson with right hands. Anderson fires back with right hands of his own. Hardy sends Anderson into the ring barricade on the outside. Hardy grabbed the ladder he spray painted, tried to launch it at Anderson, but Anderson blocked it and sent it back in the face of Hardy. Hardy responds sending Anderson shoulder first into the steel steps. Anderson is recovering up against the steel barricade. Hardy pulls the steel steps out a bit, backs up, charges, jumps off the steps and connects with a big side kick to the body of Anderson sending him over the barricade into the crowd. Back in the ring, Anderson is able to give Hardy a suplex over the ladder that was setup upside down. Anderson sets up the ladder, climbs, Hardy with a forearm to the back, pulls him down and hits a Twist of Hate. Hardy brings in a second ladder that he spray painted. Hardy goes to pick up Anderson, but Anderson counters, puts Hardy on his shoulders and drops Hardy over the ladder with his flip dive. Anderson goes for a Swanton Bomb, but ends up catching the back of his head on the ladder. Hardy puts two ladders together. Hardy climbs up one. Anderson climbs up the other. Both are exchanging shots. Hardy drops Anderson's head off the ladder. Hardy reaches up. Anderson pushed the belt away. The belt is swinging. Both reach up and fall at the same time. It looks like they botched the finish. Hardy sets the ladder back up, climbs up and pulls the belt down.

As Anderson was doing his usual entrance Jeff Hardy came from out of nowhere and attacked him from behind! Hardy beats on Anderson on the ramp as the referee tries to pull him off. Anderson fights back and then tosses him into the ring apron. The two exchange right hands on the floor and then Hardy slams Anderson into the apron and then the guardrail. More referees run out to separate them to get control but Anderson fights through them and the two brawl again! Anderson puts Hardy in a submission on the floor but the referees pull him off. They start brawling again and finally Al Snow comes out to help separate them. Simon Diamond is also out.

---------------------------COMMERCIAL BREAK-----------------------------

Back from the break the opening bell finally rings and the two lock up. Hardy flings Anderson into the corner but Anderson explodes out with a clothesline. Anderson punches Hardy repeatedly on the mat and then he attempts to whip Hardy into the ropes but Hardy reverses it. Anderson then comes off the ropes with a Cross Body Block! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out! Anderson puts Hardy in a side headlock and it looks like Anderson has a scratch or cut on his shoulder. Anderson follows up with a series of Elbow Drops for another nearfall. Anderson whips Hardy into the ropes but Hardy holds onto the ropes and then rolls out to the floor. Anderson follows him up but Hardy rolls right back into the ring. Hardy then blasts Anderson as he tries to get back in the ring. Hardy hits a nice Swinging Hanging Neckbreaker on Anderson as he was hung up in the ropes! Hardy puts the boots to Anderson and then he whips Anderson into the corner. Hardy puts the boots to Anderson again and then he grabs Anderson, but Anderson hits him with a series of rights. Anderson hits the ropes but eats a clothesline from Hardy for a nearfall of his own. Hardy follows up with another Neckbreaker, 1...2...NO Anderson kicks out again! Hardy locks Anderson in a rear chinlock but Anderson gets to his feet and fights the hold with back elbows. Anderson comes off the ropes and hits a Sunset Flip! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out and then clotheslines Anderson! Hardy hit's a Leg Drop and then he drags Anderson to the ropes and puts his leg on the bottom rope and drops down onto the leg with a Cannonball. Hardy rolls out to the floor and he pulls Anderson by the legs to the corner and then pulls Anderson crotch-first into the ring post. Hardy rolls back into the ring and Anderson rolls out. Hardy then hits a Slingshot Dropkick through the ropes onto Anderson on the floor. Hardy slams Anderson into the ring steps and then he slams Anderson into the 2nd set of ring steps. Hardy rolls Anderson back into the ring and then covers him for a nearfall. Hardy locks in another Rear Chinlock. Anderson fights it and finally gets to his feet and breaks it with back elbows. Hardy cuts him off and then tries to whip him into the corner but Anderson reverses it. Mr. Anderson charges at Hardy but eats a back elbow. Hardy then springs to the top hits the Whisper In The Wind! Both men are down now. The referee counts to 8 and both men get to their knees and start exchanging right hands. They then get to their feet and exchange more right hands. Awesome exchange as the fans scream "YAY" every time Anderson hits Hardy and "boo" every time Hardy hits Anderson. This goes on for awhile until Anderson ducks one of Hardy's punches and then nails him with a series of rights. Anderson tries to whip Hardy into the ropes but Hardy reverses it only to eat a big Running Clothesline from Anderson! Anderson follows up with back elbows and then a Back Bodydrop. He follows up with a Swinging Neckbreaker! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out! Anderson calls for the Mic Check! Hardy blocks it with back elbows and then he goes for a clothesline but Anderson! Anderson then goes for a Big Roundhouse kick but Hardy ducks and Anderson spins around right into a Spinning Enziguri! He hasn't broken that out in years! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out yet again! Anderson picks Hardy up and goes for a Suplex but Hardy blocks it and then hits Front Sitout Suplex! 1...2...NO Anderson kicks out! Hardy picks Anderson up but Anderson explodes out of nowhere with the Green Bay Plunge attempt, but Hardy blocks it and then goes for the Twist of Hate! Anderson blocks it and shoves Hardy into the referee! Anderson goes for a clothesline but Hardy ducks and then hit's the Twist of Hate! No referee! Immortal runs down now and they take turns taking Anderson out. Matt Hardy hits the Side Effect on Anderson and then AJ tells Hardy to pick him up. AJ starts to punch Anderson but he stops and then holds up the Fortune sign to Hardy's face and Fortune attacks Immortal as the fans explode! AJ stands face to face with Hardy but then Hardy turns around right into a clothesline from Roode! AJ picks Hardy up and hits the Styles Clash as the fans are going ape shit right now! The rest of Fortune is beating on Immortal at ringside! Anderson rolls back in and covers Hardy as Kazarian rolls the referee back in! 1...2...3!

Winner & STILL World Champ: Anderson via pinfall

Immortal is shocked at ringside as AJ Styles stares at Mr. Anderson. AJ picks up the World Title and hands it to Mr. Anderson!

---------------------------COMMERCIAL BREAK-----------------------------

Back from commercials AJ Styles has the microphone and holds up the Fortune symbole and tells the fans to "throw it up." AJ tells us to look at what we have in the ring. AJ says he told Bischoff that Fortune wasn't taking a backseat to anyone and that includes Immortal! He says Bischoff brought this on himself and he says "this" (TNA) is Fortune and this is their home. AJ asks who Bischoff thought "they" were and then he says "them is us!" Eric Bischoff runs out and calls an ungrateful son of a bitch and an inbred nothing. He says those four punks amounted to nothing before Bischoff & Hogan got to TNA. He says they weren't worth the fertilizer that Immortal will use to fertilize their grave before they got to TNA. Kurt Angle, Scott Steiner, & Crimson walk out now and get in the ring with Fortune and Mr. Anderson. AJ asks what Bischoff is so pissed off about and he asks if it's because they saw through his lies and smoke and mirrors and then calls Bischoff a stupid bastard. Bischoff says he's forgotten more success than AJ's ever been a part of but AJ cuts him off and says that Bischoff put one million dollar company out of business before. AJ says Bischoff came to TNA to try and do the same again but that won't happen. AJ says it started the minute they got to TNA and says they started spending money and hiring guys that didn't deserve to be in wrestling in the first place (Nasty Boys? The Band? Val Venis? Take your pick). Bischoff says that Jeff Hardy is more of a success on his worst day than AJ will ever be. AJ says that the men in the ring are the guys that built TNA but Bischoff says they were nothing before Hogan & Bischoff got to TNA and they won't be anything unless they're associated with TNA. Bischoff tells AJ to mark March 3rd on his calendar that the decision will be handed down and Hogan will get control of the company and Immortal will hang him and everyone in the ring with him out to dry. AJ asks how that will happen when Fortune takes apart Immortal piece by piece with the exclamation point coming when AJ sticks his foot so far down his throat that he pisses out shoelaces!

Fortune stands in the ring and holds up the Fortune symbol as Immortal still look on shocked.

Jeff Hardy's music hits and he walks out to the ring. Jeff says he's troubled...troubled by "you people" (the fans). He says for more than a decade all he did was break himself for the fans. He says all they are is "marks and internet junkies" that don't care about him. Jeff says at BFG he finally did something for himself and he took the title, the money, and his respect. A "where's your title" chant breaks out. Jeff says it's time to address the "asshole" now and he says all the fans are assholes. Jeff says at Genesis Anderson beat him but that's alright because mistakes happen. He says they are 7 days away from him taking back what is rightfully his. Jeff screams at the fans to shutup and says when he gets his title back he'll take that moment and shove it right up their asses. Mr. Anderson's music interrupts Hardy.

Anderson comes out to the ring and holds the belt up in front of Jeff. Anderson says Jeff sure does piss & moan a lot. He says all he does is "bitch, bitch, bitch." Anderson says the only things that matter are W's & L's and he has big freaking W right here: and holds up the title belt. He mentions that the belt as Hardy's face on it and that's because he took it from Hardy. Anderson says some of the fans still love hardy despite all the BS he's put them through but he then asks how many assholes are in the building. Anderson says it's all about the Title and next week after their match he'll continue being the TNA World Heavyweight Champion...CHAMPION. Anderson leaves a pissed off Hardy in the ring.

Non-Title Match
Mr. Anderson vs. Matt Hardy

Anderson & Hardy lockup and Matt forces Anderson into the corner. Matt swings at Anderson but Anderson blocks it and then nails Matt with right hands. Anderson then whips Matt into the corner and charges but Matt gets his boot up. Matt climbs up top but Anderson cuts him off and then climbs up with Matt. Anderson tries to Superplex Matt but Matt blocks it and then he hangs Anderson's arm up in the ropes. Hardy then grabs the arm and slams it to the mat. Hardy covers Anderson and gets a nearfall. Hardy wrenches are Anderson's arm and slams it into Matt's shoulder and then he puts Anderson in a hammerlock and slams him shoulder first into the ring post repeatedly! Hebner gets between them and the corner so Hardy can't do it a third time. Hardy decides to just start punching the arm now and then he locks him in a Hammerlock. Anderson fights it and breaks the hold with back elbows form the good arm. Hardy then cuts Anderson off with a knee to the gut. Hardy then attempts to whip Anderson into the ropes but Anderson reverses it and hits a clothesline. Anderson follows up with a back elbow and then a Swinging Neckbreaker for a nearfall. Anderson goes for the Green Bay Plunge but Hardy blocks it and then shoves Anderson into the ropes. Hardy then hits a DVD for a nearfall. Hardy follows up with a Twist of Fate attempt but Anderson reverses into the Green Bay Plunge! 1...2...NO Hardy kicks out! Anderson sets up for the Mic Check but Matt blocks and counters with back elbows. Hardy then this the Side Effect! 1...2...NO Anderson kicks out and Anderson rolls Hardy over as he kicks out! 1...2....3!

Winner: Anderson via pinfall (rollup)

Jeff Hardy attacks Anderson from behind as he celebrates. The Hardyz beat on Anderson in the ring together. RVD runs down to make the save and he nails Matt with a big spinning heel kick and Jeff Hardy escapes through the crowd. He wanted no part of RVD.
